I've spent the last two decades navigating the competitive landscape of STRs and real estate.  My first short-term rental consistently ranks at the top for bookings and profits in the area.  More recently, I invested in a second home in the Florida Keys specializing in destination weddings, which is booking FEROCIOUSLY.

I'm passionate about sharing my experience and business acumen to help others succeed in the industry and achieve financial freedom.  During my course, you'll learn how to properly run your STR in accordance with common laws and regulations.
